Happy Friday Brownies!
I came across this recipe one day and thought I'd make them for my girlfriends when we met for lunch on a Friday....hence, I named them Happy Friday Brownies! They loved them and my daughter Zoe claims they are the best brownies out there!!! You can call them Cheer Up Brownies or anything you want! They are super simple to assemble! Bake them or give them as gifts any time someone you know could use a smile or some chocolate!
Happy Friday Brownies
1 cup sugar
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. baking powder
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup organic baking cocoa
Mix above ingredients and put in a mason jar or cello bag. Tie with a ribbon. Add a
label with baking instructions.
To Make Brownies:
Preheat oven to 350 or 325 if using the convection setting. Pour dry ingredients into a
bowl.
Add to the dry ingredients 2 eggs, 1/2 cup vegetable oil & 1 1/2 t. vanilla.
Mix well. Pour into a sprayed 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick
tester comes out clean.
Enjoy & Happy Friday!!!
